I decided to stay here because the Makati area where this hotel is located seems to be relatively safe, but I didn't have any incidents that made me feel unsafe. It seems to be a historic building, but it was well maintained and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff members were the first to greet me with a smile. I especially liked the smile and hospitality of the person who opened the door at the entrance. There were about four types of breakfast to choose from, and both Filipino and Western food were available, so I don't think you'll get bored even if you stay for a few days. Everything was delicious. It seems like it would be worth paying more for such a wonderful hotel, but thanks to my Genius status, I was able to stay at a great price and I'm very satisfied.

Not too big not too small the hotel was staffed with the kindest and most friendly of staff. The hotel was super clean and professionally run, the breakfast simple but tasty and was included in the price of the room. The hotel was exceptional value for money and located not too far from the airport. We stayed twice, both on arrival and before our departure home. Located in a busy area of Makati there are plenty of lively restaurants and bars nearby. Staying at Herald Suites was a pleasure and we would stay nowhere else when we return to Manila. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant.
